You may have a few questions about the tenant and landlord responsibilities in Blue Orange apartments. With any group of apartment buildings, there could be some variety between units. Feel free to reach out directly with a specific unit; however, we’ve answered your most common questions below.

We will review your application and respond within 48 hours.
You will need to complete an application that includes a photo ID, references and proof of income.
Yes, all of our tenants require proof of insurance.
Our security deposit is equal to 1 month’s rent.
Residents have access to lighted above-ground parking. All of our units include a single space, while Newcombe & Murray include two parking spaces per unit and EV chargers.
Most of our units include ample in-apartment storage, with a spacious mechanical room but do not include additional exterior storage.
Newcombe and Murray Apartment Buildings have dedicated visitor parking.
Not necessarily, in some cases we do month-to-month and fixed-term leases.
In addition to the monthly rent, all utilities are the tenant’s responsibility. Electricity and cable/internet. Internet is included in the rent at our Newcombe apartments.
Each apartment includes a fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer.
No, residents must provide their furnishings.
Cats are allowed with pre-approval.
On site dumpsters are available at all rentals for your trash disposal.
Yes, all apartments include snow removal. We will coordinate with you to move your car to accommodate parking lot cleaning.
No, we are dedicated to providing a smoke-free living experience.
