We began Blue Orange by purchasing and renovating properties that already had advantages from a location and cost perspective. As we grew and continued to develop what we referred to as living spaces that seemed to fit the budgets and aspirations of ‘the happy middle’ we also recognized we had no vacancies.
In 2022 we built a series of 3 multi-residential buildings located on Newcombe Drive in Moncton, NB with the same ‘happy middle’ approach – and they filled immediately.
Throughout the process we realized there is a significant community of people who would rather pay less for ‘amazing’ (without the burden of luxury) when it comes to design, materials and amenities.
Our next 2 apartment buildings under construction on Murray Avenue (off Dieppe Blvd.), are scheduled to open in January 2026 – and they follow the same ‘happy middle’ approach.
